Important Things to Remember:

  • A $50 LATE FEE will apply to ALL CAP/GOWN ORDERS after February 1st, 2025.

  • Deadline to order Announcements will be March 1st - any orders placed after March 1st for printed items will NOT be guaranteed in time to mail out for graduation.

  • Graduation Supply Balances need to be paid in full before March 1st to avoid delays with item deliveries.

  • Please be sure to give CORRECT height/weight when ordering caps/gowns- Student will be responsible for providing correct measurements. Additional charge of $25 will apply if measurements are not correct and gown does not fit.

  • Please be sure to use STUDENT’S correct name when ordering graduation items. If ordering announcements, please use full name (first, middle, and last). Reprint charges will apply if order is placed under the incorrect name.
